regina and steve said we could use help. the revolving loan fund was used up. instantly would put the money in there. we that the board of supervisors to revive it. we have $1 million committed today along with wells fargo $500,000. it is there and will be used fast. in the next budget for the next team of years, we have already got plans for the whole $5 million. as long as it is there, people will use it. we know small businesses are reviving our economy and creating the level of investor confidence we want to see. not just in mid-market. all neighborhood corridors will get the benefit. that is why we signaled these revolving loans to reach out to the neighborhoods in the city, to invest in the neighborhoods. they are going to help revive. i tell people i am sick and tired of seeing empty storefronts in different parts of the city. we assure you we will work with institutions like wells fargo and others to get the money out as they have done. let me give a shout out again to wells. not only have they loaned small businesses and have been a great supporter in

this is the same schedule but steve showed a few minutes ago. pre-trenching is complete. the shoring wall is currently 95% complete. the only part remaining is a streak wall on fremont. -- street wall on fremont. the excavation and bridging pads started. that is proceeding from the west end to the east end, completing in mid-2014. so the excavation off-haul route. this shows the main routes into and out of the project from the east bay and won a one. trucking will come in on fremont street. and from 101, we will come in on folsom street. zoom in for the excavation work over the next four years. excavation will start in this zone. it will be there for 10 months. we will be entering the site at this location, which is a couple hundred yards from second street. they will load up here and exit going out to the bridge and turning left again on howard. after about 10 months, excavation will start work in this area, which we call the central zone. they will come in on fremont and expit the sites, tgoing out for street. because the projects extend underneath beale, fremont and fi

steve ruehl with turner construction providing construction oversight. it's been three months since we last spoke. a lot has changed. see if we can get to the first slide. there we go. good news is, there were no recordable incidents, no near-miss, no sitting even first aid events in the last couple months. that is great, considering the number of craft hours. we are up over 430,000 total craft hours after demolition since the transbay center work has begun. that equates between 220 and 230 workers on site every day, five days a week. some of those are extra shifts around the clock but that is what we are averaging right now. it's a lot of people out there. they are doing a great job keeping things under control. the bse contractor, the excavation contractor doing the buttress work completed 128 buttresses through the end of august. that is, what, about 36 more than from the last time we presented. in fact, three more were completed last week, so that is actually -- one more this week, four more on top of that. they are moving along well. it was a year a
